1. Click on \u2018Available Databases\u2019 for detailed\ndescriptions of the data available in the Databank. Browse these to find the\ndatabase relevant to your research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. After selecting the database(s), fill in the document Data request form and send it to adatkeres@krtk.elte.hu<\/a><\/strong>. Please read the access conditions of the selected database carefully. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. You will receive an Agreement from the Databank, filled in with the data you provided in your request. Please sign it at your earliest convenience (and have it signed by your CERS tutor\/coauthor) and return it to adatkeres@krtk.elte.hu<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. After returning the Agreement, we are will provide the server access package and\/or database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. Download the document called MEF request form. If you are unsure about how to fill it out, please ask for help at adatkeres@krtk.elte.hu<\/a><\/strong>. Please note that a request can only be initiated within the framework of a KRTK project, with the project management of a KRTK researcher and the duration of a project can be a maximum of 5 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Send the completed request form to adatkeres@krtk.elte.hu<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. After checking, the Databank employee sends the request to the HCSO. If the project is approved by the HCSO, the Databank employee sends the confidentiality statement to all participants in the project.
